Matthias Werner

has successfully accomplished the ada Fellowship program 2019 – a 12-month future-skills program for key employees of leading companies and the federal ministries in Germany. The ada fellows have gained profound understanding of key technological trends and the fundamental technical concepts behind them. They have been trained in new working methods and extended their digital leadership skills. They can transfer this skill set to their day-to-day work and are equipped to success fully lead innovative projects in the digital age.

Earning Criteria:

→ completed more than 26 hours of online learning material

→ spent on average 30 minutes per week studying the material and working on monthly assessments

    over the course of the 12-month program

→ participated in two high-level tech conferences and connected with leading digital experts

    from around the world

→ transferred their knowledge by sharing and discussing their experience with a diverse fellowship

    group of leading minds from all fields of business, politics and administration

→ worked intensively on a digital project and pitched its prototype at the end

    of the year in front of the whole class as well as company representatives (500+)
